1. Good for Bill! Its always fun to see Sachs get all testy and defensive when he’s criticized. I’m sure he’s doing his best to manipulate the DFID eval of the MVPs that’s coming up, and will spin the conclusions like mad whatever they say, but in the end it will be another step in the ongoing recognition of his (well-funded) irrelevance.
