Pure palm butter. As far as I can tell, thr hghest source of saturated fat on the planet. Sort of like 12 boxes of Krispy Kremes. But with tons of beta carotene…

traumatic memories of a year in Liberia flooding back … frankly, it’s not the palm butter that should scare you, it’s the bush meat that the palm butter quite nicely covers up.
i’d stick with the jollof rice – more transparency all around!
