Less than 12 hours since giving my first lecture, and I find that I am already obsolete.

  1. Just wait until you discover “assessment”… it means someone rereads your midterms and gives them grades based on different criteria- instead of grading them on their performance, they evaluate performance through demonstrated learning. don’t see the difference? oh boy, we’ve got a live one!
