  1. More on the “rich list” .. Someone with an income of $10400 (2008 Federal poverty level for household of 1) is in the top 13.22% of global income.

    Without adjusting for PPP, the raw income figure is misleading.

    On the ‘rich list’ computation: perhaps encourage people to multiply their current salary with0.6 – this would account for the inflation since the early 1990s, to account for the fact that the distribution data used is for around that time (as you noted in your post).
