It’s nice to see the ‘7 Deadly Sins’ list recognizes the difference between program evaluation and social science research, and the fact that methods are part of a broader evaluative strategy including valuing and use (An interesting perspective by one of the 3 giants in evaluation theory, Michael Scriven here: http://goo.gl/VPLrf).
