As a rule, I don’t advertise conferences, jobs, or other events on the blog. To do one would be to invite many, and bore you all.

But longtime blog followers know I make an exception to the rule if you marry me. No, that is not a request for proposals. Merely an explanation why I’m advertising these three positions and not others:
