Amazing facts

Jeannie and I keep thinking Amara looks dramatically bigger from one day to the next. At first I put this up to imagination.

Then I did the math.

We had a pediatrics appointment just before leaving for France. Amara grew 3.5 inches (about 90 mm) in her first 8 weeks. She added 4.5 lbs (about 2 kilos). Apparently this is quite normal.

The implication: from the time I pick her up in the morning, to the time I put her down in the evening, she has grown more than 1 mm and weighs an extra ounce. And not even a full day has passed.
