Its cool to hear of all these programs.

I wonder if there is an integrated resource that lists all of them. I am working on producing one (and looking to work with people interested in creating more) for my colleagues in Nigerian Universities especially.

Many health programs are focusing on pre-service capacity building, building curriculum for students in med school. And there are U.S. medical schools are doing knowledge exchange with universities in Africa and India.

Hyperactive support for primary education and disregard for universities is standard practice by donor institutions.

No it’s not. Or, at least, it certainly isn’t in the Pacific where aid agencies have devoted a lot of money to supporting tertiary education.
